Information we handle
If you create an account, we handle the account details needed to sign you in and provide your workspace. When you submit a quote or invoice, we handle the document, the details extracted from it, your corrections, the resulting analysis, and any follow-up questions you choose to ask. If you save a vehicle, home, or other asset, we also keep the information you provide for that record.
We may also receive support messages, report feedback, business-profile corrections, and sponsorship enquiries that you choose to send us.
How documents and reports are used
We use submitted information to extract readable charges, prepare price context, explain the analysis, improve data quality, prevent abuse, and provide the features you request. Automated analysis can make mistakes. Review extracted names, amounts, and line items before relying on a report.
Your full report is private by default. A report becomes accessible through a sharing link only when you choose to create one. You can revoke a sharing link from your account.
Anonymous community data
Quote and invoice data is not added to public pricing evidence unless you explicitly choose to contribute an anonymized record. Public views exclude personal contact details and do not display the original document. We apply minimum evidence thresholds before publishing community comparisons or provider-level statistics.
Service providers
Our managed authentication, database, and file-storage provider stores account records, documents, and reports. OpenAI processes document content and relevant context when it is needed to extract, analyze, or explain a submission. Hosting and security providers process the technical requests needed to operate the service. These providers may process data outside Canada under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep account and report information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain reliable records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and row-level database rules to separate private account data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive records in a quote document.
Your choices
You can keep a report private, revoke its sharing link, correct extracted details, and choose whether an anonymized record may contribute to community evidence. To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account data, email info@naibic.com from the address associated with your account. Do not attach the original quote or invoice to that email.
