Agreement
These terms apply when you access or use QuoteChecker.ca. The service is operated by NAIBIC, 123 March St, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 2Z5, Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
What QuoteChecker provides
QuoteChecker helps you organize a quote or invoice, review readable charges, see available price context, and prepare questions for a service provider. Results are informational. They are not a guarantee of price, workmanship, necessity, safety, or outcome, and they are not legal, financial, mechanical, engineering, or other professional advice.
A fair range can change with location, timing, vehicle or property condition, parts, scope, urgency, and information that does not appear on the document. Confirm the work, price, tax, warranty, and payment terms directly with the provider.
Your account and submissions
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Submit only documents and information you are permitted to use. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information, malicious files, or content that violates another person's rights.
You keep ownership of your submissions. You give QuoteChecker permission to store, process, reproduce, and analyze them only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. An anonymized record may contribute to community evidence only when you make that choice.
Sharing and public information
Reports are private by default. Anyone with an active sharing link may be able to view the shared report, so send that link only to people you trust and revoke it when it is no longer needed. Provider pages and community comparisons may contain public or anonymized information. Contact us if you believe public information is inaccurate.
Independent analysis and sponsorships
A business cannot pay to change a fairness score, price estimate, factual analysis, or report. Any sponsored placement will be clearly labelled and kept separate from the analysis.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass its security controls, automate excessive requests, interfere with other users, submit deceptive material, scrape private data, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, or service reliability.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the product develops. We may correct errors, add limits, or pause a feature for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. Early-access quote checks are currently free. If paid access is introduced, the price and any recurring terms will be shown before you agree to purchase.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NAIBIC does not promise that every extraction, estimate, comparison, provider record, or answer will be complete, current, or error-free. You remain responsible for decisions you make and for obtaining qualified advice when the stakes require it.
